1. General Refund Eligibility
We are committed to providing high-quality education. However, if you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date.
Important: Refund requests made after this 14-day window will be automatically rejected.
2. Service Charge Deduction
To cover non-recoverable payment gateway fees (PayHere) and administrative costs, all approved refunds are subject to a mandatory 8% service charge. You will be refunded 92% of your original payment amount.
3. Course-Specific Conditions
Online Courses: You are eligible for a refund within the 14-day window ONLY IF you have not attended more than one (1) day of live classes OR accessed more than one module of pre-recorded content. Usage is verified via system logs. If logs indicate attendance exceeding these limits, the refund will be denied.
Physical (In-Person) Classes: Once the course batch has officially commenced, no monetary refunds will be issued due to seat reservation and material costs.
Batch Transfer Option: If you cannot attend the physical batch you registered for, you may request a transfer to the next available Online Batch at no additional cost.
Digital Goods: Downloadable resources (e-books, templates, presets) are non-refundable once access/download rights have been granted.
4. Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, please allow up to 14 business days for the funds to be credited back to your original bank account or payment method.
