Refund Policy
A transparent, evidence-based process for course, membership and payment refund requests.

Request window
Refund requests must identify the payment, reason and requested amount. Eligibility depends on course start, consumed digital access, batch policy and applicable consumer rights.

Non-refundable circumstances
Consumed prerequisite access, substantially completed digital content and services already delivered may be non-refundable or eligible only for a partial amount, subject to law.

Bundles and partial refunds
Bundle refunds account for the undiscounted value of consumed items. Approved refunds generate a credit note and adjust the related entitlement and enrolment.

Processing
Finance reviews each request with separation of duties. Approved refunds move through the payment channel where possible and remain fully auditable.
